Ethics Documents
Cyber Report Center
Daewon Precision operates the Cyber Report Center to practice ethical management by establishing a transparent and fair organizational culture. It is a place where not only employees but all stakeholders — including customers and partners — can freely voice suggestions, criticism, and opinions on misconduct or unreasonable practices. Reports are fact-checked and investigated by the Management Support Office, and all report contents and reporter information are handled securely and kept confidential. Your valuable words become the cornerstone of a transparent and trusted company.
Process
After your report is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome; departmental verification takes about 15–20 days. (Anonymous reports may require a longer verification period.)
Report Types
- Unfair dealing based on school or regional ties
- Improper solicitation or provision of money, gifts or entertainment
- Abuse of authority and solicitation of favors
- Suggestions to improve unreasonable practices
- Other acts that violate the code of ethics
- Fair-trade system improvements or legal violations (improper cost-bearing demands, delayed payments, unfair contract changes or trade suspension, bid restrictions or abuse of dominant position, lack of transparency in partner selection, etc.)
- Internal accounting-control improvements or violations (improper preparation or direction of accounting information; forgery, alteration, damage or destruction of records; false evaluations, etc.)
Whistleblower Protection
We operate a whistleblower-protection program to thoroughly protect the reporter and the report contents. Handlers are a limited number of personnel who have sworn a confidentiality pledge.
Confidentiality
Disclosing or implying the reporter’s identity without their consent is prohibited.
Identity Protection
We protect reporters from any disadvantage or discrimination in their department or business relationships arising from a report.
Liability Mitigation
If the reporter’s own fault or error is found in connection with the report, disciplinary action may be reduced or waived.
